Product or Use:  A short description such as lagging or walling block.  For concrete jobs, we need to know the intended final product such as driveway, sidewalk, garage floor, foundataion, helicopter pad, and so on.

Quantity:  For concrete tell us your site measurements, (ie 15 ft x 3 ft x 8in deep) or number of yards.  For other products, let us know how many units you are looking to buy.

Desription:  Any additional information, specifications,  and more space to describe the job, job site conditions, and so on.
